I'm currently residing at San Isidro, Makati.  I lived my whole life in Manila...There are alot of interesting things to do here...like night life, going to karaoke bars, going to the mall, watching movies, or just simply hanging-out in café bars.

Manila is a fast-paced city.  Everything is just within reach.

What I like most about my hometown are the busy street life and the way the city lights up at night.  And if sometimes you get bored, you could just do "people watching".

There are lots of cool places to go to in Manila like: for night life, you can go to--HardRock Café, bars in Malate, Jupiter St., and Katipunan;  if you prefer going to the malls you can go to--Glorietta Mall, Greenbelt Mall, Rockwell, Riverbanks, Gateway Mall, Mega Mall, Robinson's Malls, and many more; if you're a sports fanatic or love to watch concerts: Cuneta Astrodome, Araneta Colliseum, Ultra Football Field, CCP, Folk Arts Theater; some cool places to visit too--Bay Walk, Intramuros, and alot more!

Cuenca, Batangas is my fiancé's hometown.  We usually visit their place during special occasions and the like.  The view from the back of their house is very spectacular.  Their house sits near the bottom of Mt. Maculot.

During Holy Week, many pilgrims would travel and hike up at Mt. Maculot's Grotto.  I haven't gone to the Grotto yet, but I would love to go there sometime.

When I was still little my family and close relatives would visit this island in Nasugbu, Batangas and usually spend several nights there.  I loved the quiet and simple life I experienced during those trips.

This is also the first time where my friends and I went for our summer vacation...it was year 2002...It was really fun!  We had a total blast...just being on our own and enjoying the waves and the sun.

Summer Vacation 2003...We had so much fun during our trip in Batangas, so my friends and I decided to explore the places up north and we landed in Subic, Pampanga.  We stayed at Baloy Resort...Baloy Resort is like a group of resorts and when you enter the place...different owners/sub-resorts are lined-up in the area.  Many Americans were there at that time so we decided to stay at the very far end of the resort.  I think we made the right choice of choosing the place...the night we arrived at the place...my friends and I hang-out at the shore...we had some beers, told many stories, laughed alot, had bonfire, and there were even fireworks display that time...it was a nice and relaxing trip! =)

Summer Vacation 2004...My close group of friends decided to extend the invitation to some of our common friends...We were not anticipating that alot of us could join the trip...we were jam-packed in the van!  Sometimes, it makes me smile when I remember how 17 persons can fit in into a van!!!  The beach in Zambales is very nice!  I loved the waves...the white sand...and the quietness of the place...the part of the beach that we stayed...it had lots of big waves!  It was so fun playing with the waves...

La UniOn

Summer Vacation 2005...the vacation I've been anticipating since I arrived from Japan...La Union is a very long trip...but it was ok since there were only 8 of us and we were very relaxed in the van compared to our trip to Zambales =)

This was the first time that all of my friends had gone to La Union.  The water was very clear...but the beach is very rocky...all of us had blisters and wounds on our feet...but it was fun exploring the place...

Baguio is where I usually spend a week or two of my summer vacation.  I love the climate in this place...it's very cool and yet the sun still shines and gives warmth.  Baguio is like my second hometown.  I enjoyed every bit that I'm there, may it be long walks across the park, going to the Baguio market (to buy Strawberries and Ube Jam! yummy!), or picking Strawberries at the Strawberry farm.

There are alot of interesting places to go to Baguio like: Mine's View, The Strawberry farm, Camp John Hay, Philippine Military Academy (PMA), Burnham Park, different Grottos, The Mansion, you can also do horseback riding, the Asinan (place where carved furniture and figurines are made), Crystal Cave, and some other more cool places.

My dad bought a rest house in Cavite and we would usually spend our weekends here.

We love going to this resort near our house...the Volets Resort...during the day or sometimes for a night swimming.  They have artificial waves and lots of slides; the resort also have other facilities like billiards and karaoke, restaurant, and disco bar.

I would usually invite my friends for a trip to Volets Resort to have some fun and relax even just for half a day or a few hours.

I spend one summer here in Cagayan.  Life is really simple in this part of the country.  Well for starters, I didn't have much chance to go around the province, but then I thought it was ok.  The air is clean and it is quiet.  A cool change for a city girl like me.

Years back, I spend my summers at my cousin's house. We (my cousins, my sister and I) usually go gallivanting around the area and meet people.  It was fun reminiscing days spend there.  Not only was I far from the city, where my life is normally fast-paced compared to the suburban way of living where things are more laid-back, I also have my cousins and their crazy antics that made my vacation memorable.

There are alot of places to visit here in Pampanga.  My cousin's house is just 10 minutes away from Clark Airbase.  And at times when we get bored, we'd go there...do shopping or just hang-out and explore the place.  There are also lots of cool disco bars around the area and other recreation places, like billiard bars, pool resorts, etc. .

My cousins and I were driving around Subic to find a cool resort...But it seems that alot of people are in the mood for the waves too...most of the resorts were jam-packed and fully-booked at that time.  While we were driving around, I saw this island and we asked a couple of residents if it is possible to cross to that island...and boy we were so lucky!  The place was so so so so nice!  My cousins and I had a lot of fun in that island.  The resort offers alot of services and they have also different recreational areas, like billiards, karaoke bar, etc.  I would surely go back to this place!  Two thumbs up for Pamana Island! =)

I usually associate this place with "balikbayans" because my clan normally go here to eat or have a picnic whenever someone in the family arrives from abroad.

And there are times for us, the city gets old and boring, my friends and I would would drive up here and visit some nice, quiet places like The Palace in the Sky, Picnic Groove, and some other parks.

During my younger years, this was the place where my class was usually taken for fieldtrips.  It was fun basically because it's outside Manila.  Later on, this also became the place where my organization(s) had our outings.

Some of the cool places to visit here in Laguna: Pansol (lots of pool resorts here!), Mt. Makiling, Enchanted Kingdom, House of the our National Hero, Dr. Jose P. Rizal...and a lot more!

When my sister and I were very young, my aunt and uncle brought us to this part in Quezon Province, which the exact place I already forgot.  I thought we were going to a beach, that's why I got so disappointed when I found out that there were no beach in the area...only a lake at the back of the house and falls in a very far part of the area where we are staying.  Later on, I enjoyed playing at the lake and ate lots of green mangoes.
